Isolo may refer to several different games:

• A game played in Zambia, one of the few two-cycle games played on a two-rank board
• Three different games played by the Sukuma people (Tanzania). One is played by women, another one by boys and the last one by men
• A modern non mancala game published by Blue Zebra in 1992.
